Description
In a large variety of barbeque cuisine, Tandoori Boti is one of the most favorite dishes in Pakistan. It is soft, tender, smokey, and spicy in taste and usually served with chapati, chutneys, raitas, and sliced lemon and onion. Cut boneless chicken into cubes, marinated in perfectly spiced tandoori masala, put on skewers and then grilled on charcoals or use wooden skewers and put them on a grilled pan or frying pan or even bake in the oven.

Directions:
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
- Add chicken cubes into the mixture, mix well, and leave for 2-3 hours.p0p0
- Grease grill pan or simple pan with oil put chicken cubes on wooden skewers, and fry for 8-10 min.
- Or bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 mins at 190°C.
- Smoke them with coal. (Optional)
- Tandoori chicken Boti is ready.
- Serve with chapati, chutney, sliced lemon, and onion. Enjoy!
