2 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbs Yogurt
2 tbs Raw papaya paste Can use peel
1 tbs Red Chili Powder
½ tbs Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Cumin (Zeera) roasted and crushed
1 tsp Garam masala Powder
½ tsp Red food color
2 tbs Lemon juice
1 tbs Salt
2 tbs Ghee\Oil

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Add beef cubes and mix well.

Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Barbeque over charcoal.

Serve with mint chutney, raita, onion rings, and naan.
