Directions
- In a chopper, chop together 1/2 kg minced beef, fried onion, and 1 tsp raw papaya.
- Chop well.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Make round balls.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry until done.
- Or grill over coals.
- Serve with chutney, crisp golden parathas, or naan.
