1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
6-7 tbsp Oil

Directions

  • In a chopper, chop together 1/2 kg minced beef, fried onion, and 1 tsp raw papaya.
  • Chop well.
  • Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Make round balls.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry until done.
  • Or grill over coals.
  • Serve with chutney, crisp golden parathas, or naan.
