Directions
- Pressure cook all the ingredients with beef and lentils except eggs and oil.
- Pressure cook for about an hour.
- Let cool.
- Chop well the pressure-cooked mixture in a food processor.
- Add eggs to the mixture.
- Mix well.
- Make palm-sized patties.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Shallow fry the patties.
- Serve with coriander chutney, raita, or tomato ketchup.
