Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil, green chilies, and coriander.

Marinate overnight.

Line a pan with aluminum foil.

Grease the foil with oil.

Put the marinated mixture in a greased pan.

Bake in a preheated oven (160 degrees Celsius) for approx. 90 minutes.

If you have a BBQ grill at home, thread the meat on the skewers and cook on very low heat until they are done.
