Directions:
- Heat the oil in a large karahi or wok over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- Add the camel meat and cook until it changes color and is browned on all sides.
- Add tomatoes, green chilies, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates from the masala.
- Cover and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add a little water if needed to prevent sticking.
