3-4 Green Chilies chopped
1\4 Cup Fresh Coriander
Acc. To Taste Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry chicken cubes on high flame until color changes.
  • Remove from oil and set aside.
  • Add onions in the same pan.
  • Fry until lightly golden.
  • Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute for a minute.
  • Add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.
  • Mix well and let simmer for 2-3 mins.
  • Add yogurt and cook until the water dries off and the oil separates.
  • Add 1/2 cup water.
  • Let simmer for 5-7 mins.
  • Add coconut and chicken to the gravy.
  • Adjust the consistency of the gravy accordingly.
  • Add cumin, green chilies, and cream.
  • Let simmer for 2-3 mins.
  • Sprinkle some fresh coriander.
  • Serve with naan or boiled rice.
