Directions:
- Boil and chop boneless chicken.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Add sliced onion and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Add chopped chicken, salt, pepper, turmeric powder, red chili powder, roasted crushed cumin, and coriander seeds.
- Mix well.
- Add chopped fresh coriander.
- Turn off the flame and set aside.
- Let cool.
- Roll out puff pastry using a rolling pin.
- Cut into 2-inch chicken circles.
- Grease a baking pan with butter or oil.
- Spread puff pastry circles on the tray.
- Put on the prepared chicken mixture.
- Place another puff pastry circle on the chicken mixture and press to seal edges.
- Brush with whisked egg.
- Bake at 230 f for 10 to 12 minutes.
