1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin (Zeera) roasted and crushed
1/4 tsp Coriander seeds (Sabut Dhaniya) roasted and crushed
1/2 bunch Fresh Coriander
1 Onion Finely chopped
1 tbsp Oil

Here’s a recipe to create a mouthwatering Spicy Chicken Patties;

 

Directions:

  • Boil and chop boneless chicken.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • Add sliced onion and stir for a couple of minutes.
  • Add chopped chicken, salt,  pepper, turmeric powder, red chili powder, roasted crushed cumin, and coriander seeds.
  • Mix well.
  • Add chopped fresh coriander.
  • Turn off the flame and set aside.
  • Let cool.
  • Roll out puff pastry using a rolling pin.
  • Cut into 2-inch chicken circles.
  • Grease a baking pan with butter or oil.
  • Spread puff pastry circles on the tray.
  • Put on the prepared chicken mixture.
  • Place another puff pastry circle on the chicken mixture and press to seal edges.
  • Brush with whisked egg.
  • Bake at 230 f for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Chicken Patties are ready.
  • Enjoy!
