Description
Incredibly delicious Indian street food with a burst of spicy tangy chutneys. These delicious deep-fried Aloo Samosas are squeezed and topped on with chickpeas, mint and tamarind chutney, yogurt, onions, and tomatoes. You can also add sev, pomegranate, and chutney of your choice.

Method
For Chickpeas:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry onions until translucent.
- Add tomatoes, salt, red pepper, chaat masala, cumin, and anchor.
- Saute for 2 mins.
- Add water, chickpeas, and tamarind pulp.
- Saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add green chilies and coriander.
- Saute for a min.
- Set aside.
For Green Chutney:
- Blend all the ingredients to a fine paste.
- Set aside.
Assembling:
- Place 2 samosas in a serving dish.
- Crush samosas.
- Add prepared chickpeas.
- Sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Pour on some yogurt, green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and enjoy.
